GT Series - Supersoft TPE
- Very low hardness. TPE for adult products requires a very soft feel, generally 0-25A, or even lower than 0A. The ultra-soft hardness can provide a feeling similar to skin contact.
- Good transparency. On the one hand, this is determined by the characteristics of the material itself. In addition, the transparent material makes the products look better.
- Environmentally friendly and non-toxic, with little smell. TPE is basically an environmentally friendly and non-toxic material, and there is no allergy or irritation to the skin.
- The surface is dry and not sticky, which is based on the consideration of the use experience.
Applications:
XG series - Easily-Molded TPE
This series has a wide range of hardness and has the processing properties of thermoplastics and the physical properties of natural rubber. Fast cooling, easy demoulding, short processing cycle and good hand feeling. It can be bonded with hard plastics such as PP and PE, and is mainly used for garden tools, daily necessities, diving equipment, stationery, medical equipment, adult products, auto parts, etc.

XL series - Highly Rebounding TPE
This series is lightweight, environmentally friendly, and halogen-free, with good hand feeling, good elasticity, and surface effects ranging from glossy to high-matte. It has good anti-aging and copper corrosion resistance. Mainly used for high-end audio equipment, MP4, mobile phone chargers, headphone cables, and other wires.
Applications:
XBER series - Overmolded TPE/TPR
This series of products does not need any adhesive, and you can choose different models to be overmolded with PC, ABS, POM, PMMA, PA6, PA6.6, PA12, or other hard plastics. The processing is simple, the bonding is firm, and the hardness range is wide, together with soft feeling, non-slip, and shock-absorbing properties.
Applications:
XD series - Durable TPR
This series of products features easy processing, coloring, and spraying. Leftovers can be reused. Lightweight and wear-resistant, soft to touch, the surface can be selected from glossy surface to highmatte surface, and the transparency can be adjusted from natural color to full transparency. It can be combined with hard plastics such as HIPS and PS. Mainly used for shoe materials, toys, decorations, ice trays, etc.
